THESE local people were sentenced in court this week.

Grace Dalley, 26, of Newton Lane in Whiteparish, drove a Ford Fiesta on Roger Penny Way while unfit she was unfit to do so through drugs.

The 26-year-old was found guilty and banned from driving for 12 months.

She must also pay a £500 fine, costs of £200 and a £500 surcharge.

Clint Kelly, 33, of St George's Road in Harnham, was caught speeding on the A35 Bridport Bypass on August 22, 2023.

She was fined £72 and ordered to pay a £28 surcharge. Three penalty points were added to her licence.

Bradley Saul, 29, of Adlam Way, was caught speeding at 94-miles-per-hour in a 40-limit zone, namely A350 Holes Bay Road in Poole on May 23, 2023.

The motorcyclist pleaded guilty to speeding and was disqualified for 28 days.

Saul was fined £617 and ordered to pay a £247 surcharge and costs of £110.

Ibu Babb, of Skew Bridge Road, boarded a train at London Waterloo without paying a £52 fare on September 11, 2023.

The 31-year-old was fined £220 and ordered to pay £180 costs as well as an £88 surcharge. Babb also had to pay £52 compensation to South Western Trains.

Nathan Timmins, 29, of Picket Close in Fordingbridge, used his mobile phone while driving a Ford Transit in Southampton on July 7, 2022.

Timmins was found guilty and disqualified from driving for six months. He was also fined £500 and ordered to pay £620 costs.

Abdellatif Roou, Picket Close in Fordingbridge, drove on a closed lane of the M4 motorway at Burghfield on August 17, 2023.

The 61-year-old was fined £72 and ordered to pay a £28 surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his licence.

Sean Holmes, 22, of Bulford Road in Durrington, was caught drug-driving a Nissan Juke along Philip Road on October 25.

A blood test revealed 80 microgrammes of cocaine break-down in 100 mililitres of his blood. The legal limit is 50mcg. He also had a quantity of cocaine in his possession.

Holmes was disqualified from driving for 20 months and given a 12-month community order.

During this, he must complete 150 hours of unpaid work and pay a £120 fine, £85 costs as well as a £114 surcharge.
