A SALISBURY nightclub and arts hub will be open for New Year's Eve, despite postponing events across the festive season.

The Chapel is back to help everyone celebrate the start of 2022, but has warned of a strict entrance policy following the latest Covid-19 guidance, rise in cases and booster roll out.

On December 15 the nightclub and entertainment venue announced it was postponing some large-scale events due to uncertainty surrounding the Omicron variant and the rise in Covid-19 cases locally.

In doing so the team wanted to "reduce stress on the NHS" over the Christmas period.

Now confirming its opening for December 31, to enter the Milford Street site on New Year's Eve, clubbers must prove their negative Covid-19 status through either showing their double vaccination pass, or, if not double vaccinated, evidence of a negative lateral flow test result.

These codes can only be obtained through the NHS app.
