PARKING suspension began in a Salisbury street today for all bar one driver, who did not get the message.
Bollards were put in place to prevent drivers from using the loading bay at Winchester Street ahead of drainage work, which is expected to take several days.
However a car remained in place, parked right next to the sign, when the 8am deadline arrived.
