Paul Maidment
PAUL Maidment from Laverstock will be able to tick off an item from his Bucket List at the weekend when he runs the London Marathon.
Paul has chosen two charities to support: the Salisbury-based Jo Benson Day Centre and the national charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
He said: "The training has been going well and I'm on course to complete the marathon within daylight hours!
"It's a bucket list item - I won on the ballot, it was the fourth time of trying."
The Jo Benson Day Centre is for physically disabled adults and provides respite care and social activity.
