THOUSANDS of people flocked to a fun-filled festival this bank holiday weekend.
The 37th Downton Cuckoo Fair hosted more than 250 craft, gift, homeware and refreshment stalls, rural craft demonstrations, Punch and Judy show, clowns, inflatables and roundabouts in the Memorial Gardens.
There was also entertainment from Morris and traditional dancers, street entertainers, Downton Brass Band and live music and jazz at The Bull and White Horse Inn.
The fun continued on Sunday, with a classic car run, bingo and a performance from Downton Band Concert.
And on Monday there was car boot sale.
Last year, 15,000 people attended the event.
Parking will be available, with buses running a Park and Ride service.
